Only a few weeks before the fall of the Berlin Wall, three young Italians leave peaceful Cesena in search of adventure: a ten-day long road trip in communist Eastern Europe. In Budapest they meet Emil, a romanian refugee who asks that they deliver a suitcase to his family, trapped in Bucharest by an ever more paranoid regime.Suspicious about the contents, Pago, Rici and Bibi throw the suitcase away as they pass the border.
